Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Antigrift ("we," "our," or "us") and its scam protection services. By using Antigrift, you agree to these Terms.
What We Do
Antigrift scans for common scam patterns and provides educational alerts. We help you spot threats — we don't guarantee we'll catch everything. Our service includes:
- Daily email scanning for phishing and social engineering
- On-demand analysis of suspicious phone numbers, links, screenshots, and voicemails
- Weekly scam alert briefings
What We Don't Do
- We are not a replacement for antivirus software
- We do not provide legal or financial advice
- We cannot recover money lost to scams
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you set up Antigrift for a family member, you are responsible for ensuring they understand how the service works.
Subscription & Billing
- Individual plan: $19/month or $190/year for 1 protected member
- Family plan: $39/month or $390/year for up to 4 protected members
- Billing occurs monthly or annually on the date you subscribe
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Upon cancellation:
- Your protection continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- Your data is deleted within 7 days after your access ends
Family Plan Cancellation
When the account owner cancels a Family plan, all members on the plan lose access at the end of the billing period. This includes all protected email accounts and SMS scam-check access for every member. If a family member wants to continue protection independently, they can sign up for their own Individual plan before the Family plan expires.
Limitation of Liability
Antigrift is provided "as is." We do our best to protect you, but we are not liable for:
- Scams we miss or fail to detect
- Actions you take based on our analysis
- Any financial losses resulting from scams
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Antigrift in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Antigrift for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
- Share your account with anyone outside your Family plan
- Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Antigrift after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
